Black Friday 2024 Qantas Gift Voucher Competition – Terms & Conditions

Prize Details

1. Spend AUD $300 or more (excluding shipping, discounts, and refunds) in a single transaction at www.aquastash.com.au by 11:59 PM AEST, 29 November 2024, to enter the draw to win a Qantas Gift Voucher valued at AUD $2,000.
2. Full terms and conditions of the Qantas Gift Voucher can be found at qantas.com/giftvoucherterms.
3. Entry requires a valid email address and mobile number provided at checkout or via www.aquastash.com.au by the deadline.
4. Payment of AUD $300 (in full and in Australian Dollars) must be received by 11:59 PM AEST, 29 November 2024 to qualify for entry.
5. Aquastash Solutions Pty Ltd is not responsible for technical difficulties or disruptions preventing access to the website or completion of transactions.
6. By entering, participants agree to allow Aquastash Solutions Pty Ltd to publicly announce the winner, with no recourse or claim for damages.
7. The winner will receive one AUD $2,000 Qantas Gift Voucher on 3 December 2024 and must comply with Qantas Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions for redemption.
8. Aquastash Solutions Pty Ltd is not liable for the use or redemption of the gift voucher or Qantas Airways’ terms.

Eligibility

1. The competition is open to Australian residents only.

2. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate and provide proof upon request.

3. Employees, directors, and their immediate families of Aquastash Solutions Pty Ltd and related companies are ineligible to enter.

   • Immediate family includes spouses, partners, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, and step-siblings.

4. Aquastash Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to:

   • Verify entrant eligibility (e.g., age, residency).
   • Disqualify any entrant breaching these terms.

Prize Draw

1. The prize draw will take place at 9:00 AM AEST, 30 November 2024, at 49 Station St, Mullumbimby, NSW 2482.
2. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. The entrant does not need to be present at the draw to win.

Winner Notification

1. The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
2. The winner will be announced on the Aquastash Solutions Instagram account (@Aqua_Stash) on 30 November 2024.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner may be drawn.

General Promotion and Competition Terms

1. Promotions, competitions, discounts, and promotional codes ("Promotions") are valid for the specified period and apply to online purchases only.
2. Promotions are:
   • Valid for one-time use unless stated otherwise.
