Returns and Product Warranty:

60-Day Return Policy:
Buying our products is completely risk free.
We offer a free 60-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 60 days of purchasing your item. Simply email us at info@aquastash.com.au to organise a return or exchange with return shipping at our expense via Australia Post.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned in unsaleable condition.
Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged in return shipping to Aquastash.
Product Warranty:
We offer a 3 year 100% waterproof warranty on all our products. This warranty covers a refund of the purchase and freight costs or a free replacement in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault. Our liability and warranty are strictly limited to this.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Please also undertake the waterproof paper test recommended in the care guide PRIOR to using using your purchase with valuables inside.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
For a prompt exchange email us at info@aquastash.com.au and we will organise for return shipping via Australia Post and an exchange as per your request.
Please note only one free exchange is permitted for each item purchased.
Refunds:
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@aquastash.com.au

Please be aware that the cost of return shipping for orders outside of Australia & New Zealand is not covered. We are not able to offer refunds for costs incurred by returning garments nor taxes incurred for the shipping of replacements.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged for transit. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, we would recommend you purchase insurance with your parcel carrier.
