Returns and Product Warranty:

60-Day Return Policy:
Buying our products is completely risk free.

We offer a free 60-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. Simply email us at info@aquastash.com.au to organise a return or exchange with return shipping at our expense via Australia Post. 

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Product Warranty:
We offer a 3 year 100% waterproof warranty on all our products. This warranty covers a refund of the purchase and freight costs or a free replacement in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault. Our liability and warranty are strictly limited to this.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
For a prompt exchange email us at info@aquastash.com.au and we will organise for return shipping via Australia Post and an exchange as per your request.

Refunds:
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@aquastash.com.au
